the judge approved my petition!  now i just have to publish it in a local newspaper to make it official. 

two updates:

• our puppy was born on sept. 11, we get to pick him up in november!  he'll look like my mom's dog.  we're naming him ROCKET. 

• i'm changing my name...hopefully the judge won't deny my petition on sept. 27.

I regret that I didn't keep in touch as much as you might have liked.  You made more of an effort than me.  Eventhough you didn't make it you still called me your big sister.  You would've been my number 1.  I apologize that I wasn't there. 

It makes you remember that life is short and that it always seems like the good die young.  May you rest and be at peace.
